The short version
- You have 14 days from the date your order ships to start a return.
- Returns are refunded as store credit, issued as a gift card that never expires. We don't refund to the original payment method.
- Once your return is approved we email you a prepaid shipping label. Its cost is deducted from your credit, along with any original shipping you paid.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- We don't do direct exchanges — return for store credit, then place a new order.
- Allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for credit to be issued.
