Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your Avaire pieces. Eligible items may be returned for store credit within 14 days from the date your order ships. Returns started after the 14-day return window cannot be accepted.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with Avaire Collective tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
Returned items must be free of stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, smoke odor, and any signs of wear.
To begin a return, please visit our Return Portal and enter your order number and email or phone number.
Please note: we do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns are issued as store credit, excluding original shipping costs and the cost of return shipping. Avaire store credit does not expire.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label by email. Please print the label and drop the package off with the listed carrier. Please allow 5–7 business days after your return is received for your store credit to be issued.
International Returns
Due to the cost and complexity of international shipping, international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where required by law or in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. Original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing an international order. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, we are happy to help before you order.
Exchanges
At this time, exchanges are handled through store credit. Once your eligible return is received and approved, store credit will be issued so you may place a new order for your preferred size or style, if available.
Because our pieces are released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that an item will still be available once your return is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every item before it ships. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at returns@avairecollective.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
If the damage or error is approved, we’ll make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we cannot modify or cancel individual items. This includes changes to shipping addresses, sizes, items, or shipping methods.
Please double-check your order before submitting. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it is no longer under our control and cannot be rerouted or canceled.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Please allow one full business day for tracking updates to appear after shipment.International shipping is available to select countries and calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
International Shipping
We are happy to offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and available carrier options.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges set by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless otherwise shown at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Avaire Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages once the order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, please contact the carrier directly to begin a claim.
Care Instructions
To keep your Avaire pieces looking their best, we recommend following the care instructions listed on the garment tag.
Many of our pieces are best cared for by hand washing cold and laying flat or hanging to dry. Some items may be machine washed on a gentle cycle, depending on the fabric. When needed, steam gently and use a garment bag for added protection.
Proper care helps preserve the beauty, fit, and quality of your piece.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:
- Sale items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that show evidence of wear
- Items that have been washed
- Items damaged after being tried on
- Items without Avaire Collective tags attached
- Items purchased with store credit, either partially or fully
- Intimates, including bralettes
- Jewelry and accessories
