Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unused items with tags and original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Simply fill out our return form in our Return & Exchange Portal to start the process /apps/parcelpanel-returns. For U.S. orders, we'll send you a FREE shipping label.
Please note: we do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Instead, we offer Store credit for returned items (excluding shipping costs).
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive an email with a prepaid shipping label. Print it out, drop it off at any USPS location. Please allow 5-7 business days return to be processed. You will receive an email with your store credit after the return has been completed. Your store credit has no expiration.
Damaged Items
We thoroughly inspect every item before it is shipped, but if you receive a damaged product, we’re truly sorry. Please email us at returns@avairecollective.com with a photo of the damage, and we’ll make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we cannot modify or cancel individual items. This includes changes to shipping addresses or methods. Please double-check your order before submitting.
If you need further assistance, reach out to us at returns@avairecollective.com. While we can’t cancel an order, you’re welcome to return any items for store credit. Just email us with your invoice number for a return authorization, and we’ll cover the return shipping.
Care Instructions
To keep your Avaire pieces looking their best, we recommend hand washing and laying flat to dry. Some items can be machine washed on a gentle cycle, then hung or laid flat to dry, with gentle steaming if needed. For added protection, use a garment bag. Proper care ensures your pieces last longer and wear better.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on U.S. orders over $100. Your order subtotal must be $100 or more to qualify.
We currently ship within the United States, with plans to expand internationally soon. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We aim to ship within 24-72 hours (M-F) after the order is placed.
Where Is My Package?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder. Allow one full business day for tracking updates after shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, or mis-delivery errors. Shipping issues are handled by USPS, as they provide the service along with your order.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Sale items (all sale items are final sale)
- Gift cards
- Items that show evidence of wear
- Items damaged after being tried on
- Washed items
- Items without a Avaire Collective tag
- Items purchased with store credit (either partially or fully)
- Intimates (e.g., bralettes)
- Jewelry and accessories
Order Cancellations
We do not cancel orders once they are placed. After your order has been processed and shipped (with a tracking number provided), it is no longer under our control. If your package is lost, please file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS or USPS).
